Hazel’s recruitment career spans 20 years, sourcing senior-level appointments across industries such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, and the public sector. As a company Director, her business knowledge is well respected, and her network extensive.

Hazel Whelan heads up our senior appointments division with a wide-reaching contact network of senior level executives built up over 20 years. Her ability to establish a client company’s core needs and find and match candidates with relevant experience and skills has built her an enviable reputation as an insightful, highly competent executive recruiter. She is praised for her professionalism yet has an ability to keep a personal touch.

She is the client lead account manager for many of our longstanding clients across several industries.

Hazel regularly contributes to review panels and committees within the recruitment industry, delivers career transition workshops for industry groups, contributes to career development workshops and symposia on STEM in Ireland, Women in Technology and Science (WITS). She was named Employment Recruitment Federation (ERF), Recruitment Consultant of the Year and was part of the RPlus team awarded small Agency of the Year twice by the ERF, Great Places to Work and Business Allstar awards and Best SME in the Louth Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
